The Farmer Wants a Wife now beginning
The Farmer Wants a Wife is one of the most loved television series in Australia, resulting in three marriages, a baby and
a spectacular proposal by farmer Nathan to Amanda during last months finale of series five.
Now a new group of farmers including for the first time a New Zealand-based entrant, 29 year old deer farmer Ru from
Hawkes Bay has been revealed to take part in series six of the show, to screen on the Nine Network next year. And
they are searching for potential single partners to romance and potentially find everlasting love.
Producers FremantleMedia Australia is now casting for single women and men looking for love, with the opportunity to
perhaps finding the partner of their dreams.
Finding love is as easy as logging onto The Farmer Wants a Wife website and checking out the video profiles of the
farmers. Out of the 13 farmers featured, six will go on to star in the series. But beware
its not hard to be swept off your
feet with this group of charming and gorgeous farmers!
Some of the lonely hearts include Nick, 26, who farms sheep and potatoes near Ballarat, Victoria; sweet female
winemaker Melia, 30, from Margaret River, WA, and even 36 year old twin brothers, Tryon and Troy, who are cattle
farmers from Padthaway, South Australia.
