HBA Global Announces Finalists for the 2009 International Package Design Awards (IPDA)

Awards (IPDA). From among these finalists the Category Winners and the Grand Award will be announced at the
HBA Global Expo & Conference taking place September 15-17, 2009 at the Jacob Javits Convention Center in

As the longest running package design awards in the beauty industry more than 200 entries were submitted by
