Acclaimed Chef and owner of award winning Sydney Vietnamese restaurant Red Lantern, Luke Nguyen will
speak to Chisholms International students about his organisation, restaurant, menus and life journey.
Lukes work includes, TV shows, Food Safari, Heat in the Kitchen and is now hosting is own cooking series on
SBS, called Luke Nguyens Vietnam. Luke has also released his new book The Songs of Sapa.
Luke along with his partner Suzanna Boyd, founded the Little Lantern Project. Little Lantern supports the
disadvantaged and under educated Vietnamese community to improve their lives through vocational training
programs that will provide them with qualifications they can apply internationally. The foundation helps keep
local people in local jobs.
