their dishes. This is the only opportunity to preview this inaugural event.

On Saturday evening, June 5, seven of the hottest chefs in the country will entertain, and satisfy, close to
600
people at the inaugural Brisbane BMW & Westside BMW Variety of Chefs Dinner at the Brisbane
Convention and Exhibition Centre.
Headlined by ARIA Restaurant owner and chef, Matt Moran, who will co-MC the event along with famous
Australian actor and Variety Queensland Ambassador Michael Caton and Brisbane food writer Lizzie Loel.
Moran will also create dessert together with Urbanes Kim Machin.
The five star evening will be hosted by Channel Sevens Talitha Cummins together with Channel Tens
Amanda McLeay, and guests will be treated to a live performance by Australian powerhouse singer Ricki-
Lee, then dance the night away with eight-piece dance band Lush.
The costs are $250 per ticket or $2500 for a table of ten. Platinum tables of ten are available for $5000
which include premium table placement, exclusive kitchen tour to meet the chefs and logo
