Queensland Unions To Launch Anti-Privatisation TV Ad Campaign
Unions will escalate their campaign against the government's sell-off of public assets with a television ad campaign to run in regional Queensland.
The ad highlights the need to keep Queensland's public assets for future generations not to sell them off as a quick fix to address budget and debt problems.
The ad will run in Cairns and Rockhampton from 23 October.
QCU General Secretary Ron Monaghan will launch the ad campaign as follows:
Monday 26 October
1:00pm 5th floor,
TLC Building 16 Peel St,
South Brisbane
