Melt - Exhibition

Having all spent time in the Polar regions, the artists in Melt draw on their

phenomenological experiences and encounters to convey the essence of these

special places.

Their work addresses climate change – temperature, disappearance and

evanescence – and the ways the artists have been moved psychologically by these

environments.

Artists Dee Copland (New Zealand), Lesley Duxbury, Kirsten Haydon

(Australia/New Zealand). Essay by Lisa Byrne.

Dee Copland, Fact or Fiction I, work in progress 2008, inkjet print
