Survey shows Blondes still have most fun!
A survey by Andrew Collinge haircare conducted nationwide has found:
The old stereotype of blondes having more fun still holds true with the majority
of Australians, 42%, proclaiming Blonde as the sexiest hair colour over Brunette
and Redhead. Both men and women found Blondes sexiest.
Brunettes on the other hand are considered the most successful at 61%.
The economic climate is sending Australian women back into the
supermarket for their haircare:
68% of women are going to the salon less
64% are buying fewer hair care and styling products from the salon and
instead buying from supermarkets or chemists.
59% are colouring their hair less
The ultimate hairstyle for women as voted by Aussie men:
Long (73%), Straight (41%) and Brunette (48%)
And the hairstyle that Australia considers the most iconic of all time?
