Annette McFarlane and Jerry Coleby-Williams and two of Brisbane's leading
restaurants to make your mouth water and your thumbs greener.

Special guest presenter: Jerry Coleby-Williams Jerry is a Queensland based freelance curator, writer and presenter for ABC Gardening Australia. A passionate promoter of sustainable gardening practices in 2003 he established .Bellis' a sustainable house and garden which is now part of Australia's Open Garden Scheme and winner of the 2009 National Save Water Award. Jerry is a director of The Seed Savers' Foundation, a community organisation which conserves rare and heritage plants, a member of the Australian Institute of Horticulture, the horticultural editor of The Organic Gardener Magazine, a patron of H.O.P.E. (Householders' Options to Protect the Environment Inc.), and an executive member of the Queensland Conservation Council. $90.00 per person, including champagne on arrival and three course set menu. Annette is a senior lecturer in Horticulture at the Brisbane North Institute of TAFE. Annette has presented Gardening Talkback on 612 ABC Radio each Saturday morning between 6.00am and 7.00am for over 20 years. A weekly gardening columnist for the Sunday Mail and garden feature writer for Burke's Backyard, Your Garden and the ABC's Organic Gardener Magazine, Annette is also the author of three books including Organic Vegetable Gardening (close to 100,000) copies sold). Her most recent title, Successful Gardening in Warm Climates is published by Harper Collins. $90.00 per person, 3 course set menu with selected wines accompanying each course.
