On Monday morning the restaurant industry is holding a roundtable for senior
industry figures. The roundtable is to be hosted by Peter Doyle OAM CPR who
is the President of Restaurant & Catering Australia.
The session will deal with the state of the industry and how the industry is
fairing given the current economic climate. In particular the forum will address
some of the challenges the industry will face given current Government policy
direction (such as the Award Modernisation process that the Federal
Government is embarking upon).
At the conclusion of the Roundtable (at 11AM) there will be a short MEDIA
CONFERENCE. The outcomes of the Roundtable will be presented and time will
be allocated for questions and answers.
