cooking with a range of specialty sauces and syrups from Spiral Foods at the
countrys largest international food and hospitality event, Fine Food Australia
2010 in Melbourne.
Chef, restaurateur, food writer and television presenter, Kylie passionately
believes that our food choices should be ethical, sustainable and supportive of
the environment. Thats why it comes as no surprise that she has teamed with
innovative organic food company, Spiral Foods, to promote their unique
quality products.
Spiral Foods has been importing fine foods to Australia for 30 years, paying
special attention to quality and time-honoured methods of manufacture. Spiral
organic tamari, organic brown rice vinegar and organic sesame oil are all
staples in Kylies Sydney restaurant, Billy Kwong.
