Nominees, film industry luminaries and the brightest stars from Asia-Pacific will come together
on the Gold Coast for the third annual Asia Pacific Screen Awards when 37 films from 16
countries and areas will vie for the region's highest accolade in film.

Join some of the brightest stars from Asia-Pacific as they experience the natural beauty of the
Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary. The nominees in the 2009 APSAs will take part in Currumbin’s
unique tradition of lorikeet feeding.
GO BEYOND BORDERS: 'IN CONVERSATION' WITH THE INTERNATIONAL JURY
Hosted by CNN’s Anna Coren and The Hollywood Reporter’s Patrick Frater

Gain a glimpse into the lives and works of the members of the 2009 International Jury in an
insightful panel discussion hosted by CNN anchor, Anna Coren and longtime entertainment
journalist and Asia editor for The Hollywood Reporter, Patrick Frater. The session will focus on
filmmaking for a global audience and the creation of stories that ‘go beyond borders’.
