5 November 2010

Dear Sirs

I write to inform you of the television rights agreement in relation to the Falken Tasmania

Challenge to be held at Symmons Plains from 12 – 14 November, 2010 (the Event).

The Seven Network has rights to the Event and as a result, the following conditions apply

in respect of coverage of the event by other networks/television stations.

No television crews other than those assigned by the Seven Network or by the Event

organisers are to shoot any Event vision or sounds from inside the Event precinct

on

Saturday November 13 or Sunday November 14, 2010.

Additionally no television crews other than those assigned by the Seven Network are to

shoot Event vision or sounds by helicopter or by any other means from outside the

declared Event area on November 13 or Sunday November 14, 2010.

The Seven Network has advised it will provide an off-air signal of racing at the Event on

Saturday November 13 (1400-1730) and Sunday November 14 (1400-1730), 2010.

In addition, a VNR containing a collection of crowd shots and behind the scenes

activities will be available via an FTP site.  The FTP link will be advised separately upon

request.  All VNR requests should be directed to Cole Hitchcock –

Media Manager

(mobile +61 412 743 097 or ch@v8supercars.com.au).

The usual 3x3x3 arrangement will apply with vision only to be included in regularly

scheduled daily news programs (i.e.

no vision to be used in news updates or promos).

Vision must be clearly

watermarked (it must not be distorted or altered in any fashion)

and vision may not be transmitted or communicated over the internet or via any

interactive media or electronic medium without the express prior approval of Seven

Network.

Television news crews (other than those assigned by the Seven Network) will be able to

access the circuit on Thursday November 11

and Friday November 12,

2010

provided

they have successfully applied for accreditation and that the access is for news access

purposes only (i.e. the usual 3x3x3 and other arrangements described above will apply)

and such access must not be used to produce any live coverage (including live crosses).
